This Policy describes how Froggle Parties collects, processes, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide. It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information. For purposes of this Policy, personal information shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
This Policy applies only to information we collect, process and use through the Platform. This Policy does not apply to information that we collect through other channels, such as information that we collect offline, from other websites or from emails you send us.
Information We Collect
We collect information about you to provide our services. In order for us to best provide our services to you (and to help make it feasible for us to do so), it is essential that we are able to collect and use the information as described in this Policy. This means that the data collection is largely necessary for fulfilling the relationship we have with you, and where that is not the case, we have a legitimate interest in collecting the information described below.
Information given to us by you
When you fill out booking forms on our website, or give us details on the phone to enquire or book our services, or if you send emails with personal details, or provide us with other personal information actively in some other way, we collect that information for processing and use in accordance with this Policy. Because we change our services and features from time to time, the options you have to provide us with personal information also may change, but here are some examples of situations in which you will have the opportunity to provide personal information to us:
- Joining our mailing list on our website
- Submitting a contact/ enquiry form on our website
- Completing any other kind of form related to one of our products or services;
- Emailing contact details to us
- Contacting us via social media
- Contacting us over the phone and giving us details verbally either when enquiring about our services, or booking our services.
- If applying for work with us we will ask for information about your skills and previous work experience, and other information we deem necessary to assess your suitability for the job.
When you enquire about, or book our services, we mainly collect information that enables us to provide you with our services e.g. your name, address, telephone number and email address, your child or children’s name/s and age.
This information is only ever shared with our staff, freelancers, associates, or colleagues who are needed to provide you with our services. Your information will never be sold, or passed on to any 3rd parties outside of our service.
Information gathered via Social Media
If you connect to the Platform using Facebook, twitter, Google+, or another social networking site (each a “Social Networking Site”), we will receive information that you authorise the Social Networking Site to share with us, which may include public profile information, birthday, current city work, school, and email address. When we receive this information, it becomes Froggle Parties’ account information for purposes of your use of the Platform. This information also constitutes personal information and is therefore subject to this Policy. Any information that we collect from your Social Networking Site account may depend on the privacy settings you have set with the Social Networking Site, so please consult the Social Networking Site’s privacy and data practices. If you come to the Platform through a Social Networking Site, from other websites or with devices that enable third parties to collect information from or about you, such third parties receive information about you subject to their privacy policies.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Platform, your device is automatically providing information to us so we can respond and customise our response to you. The type of information we collect by automated means, generally includes technical information about your computer, such as your IP address or other device identifier, the type of device you use, and operating system version. The information we collect also may include usage information and statistics about your interaction with the Platform. That information may include the URLs of our web pages that you visited, URLs of referring and exiting pages, page views, time spent on a page, number of clicks, platform type, location data (if you have enabled access to your location on your mobile device), and other information about how you used the Platform.
How we use your details
Clients or those enquiring about our services:
Your details are used largely to provide our services to you or information about our services.
If you opt into our mailing list, then we’d use your details to provide you with information about our services, news, and special offers we may have running. You are only ever contacted about this if you opted in and you can opt out at any time.
Your details are shared with anyone who is directly involved in providing you with one of our products or services. We never pass your details to anyone outside of those who work for Froggle Parties, or some very limited 3rd party services that we use, such as couriers or other postal services, to send you party bags, or products that you have requested or to do with our services.
Automatically collected data, usually collected from your use of our website, is used to help us analyse how you use our site, and in turn, make changes to our site, and services where we feel necessary. It is also used to assess how people interact with our website.
Staff or those applying for work with us:
If you’re applying for work with us, it is used to assess your suitability for working with us and to have the necessary information on file, to have the necessary working relationship with you, to provide services and information to our clients and those that enquire about our services.
Your contact details, usually just your name and telephone number, are given to clients in order to aid with providing the services that customers have booked. Other information may be requested by clients, such as your bank details in order to process payment, or other information related to providing the services we provide our clients. This information is usually requested by the client and provided by you.
Your details (mainly your name, address and telephone number) may be shared with very limited 3rd party services such as couriers and other postal services, that are needed to provide you with products related to the services we are providing to our clients.
Requesting removal of your personal details
As already outlined above, we take your privacy very seriously and any personal details that we store are only ever used in order to provide you with our Froggle parties services.
Your contact details are NEVER passed to anyone other than those who conduct work or services for Froggle Parties and we will not contact you about anything, other than matters related to your party booking and our services.
In order to provide you with our services, we need to store your details on our systems.
However, if at any time you wish us to erase any and/ all personal data that we have for you, we will be more than happy to do this for you at your request.
Please note that if you request this before your party booking takes place, whilst we can accommodate your request to erase your data, this will render us unable to offer you our services and we would have to cancel your party. In such cases our cancellation policy would then apply and we would erase any personal data we have for you.
If you request this after a party booking, then this will obviously have no effect on your booked party services. However please note that should you ever wish to book our services again in the future, if we erase all your details, we would not have any information on your past booking/s. So should you ever wish to rebook with us, we would be unable to refer back to old details that we have for you, that may prove useful when wanting to book a new party or service.
It will also mean we are unable to offer you our discounts that we offer to repeat customers as we would no longer have any record of you having ever booked with us.

We will never spam you or pass your details on to anyone else.
