Orders can be paid for by all major debit and credit cards (we do not accept American Express). You can also pay via paypal. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Delivery times depend on the delivery option you select when checking out. See our delivery options to find out more.
If you purchase over £75 worth of products then you qualify for free next day delivery on all items, provided that they are in stock.
How is my order delivered?
All items are delivered by courier.
Where are you based?
Our office is based in Ealing, West London. Our address is Boundary House, Boston Rd, Hanwell, W7 2QE.
Can I return/exchange an item?
Yes we accept returned or exchanged items, as long as they are returned within 14 days from when your order was placed (7 days for fancy dress items) and the items being returned are in their original packaging and unused and undamaged.
The address to send them to is Froggle Parties, Returned Items, Boundary House, Boston Rd, Hanwell, London, W7 2QE.
When returning the item, please state the reason you are returning the item and include your name, address and telephone number and the order reference number, so we can process your refund. A refund will be given for the cost of the items being returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
You can then order the item you would like in exchange, on our website, and we will dispatch it within 2 working days.
Can I add to my order once its been placed?
Yes you can, as long as the order hasn’t already been sent out to you. If you want to add other items to your order simply give us a ring on 08450 504 509 or email us at email@example.com and we can update your order for you. If you aren’t able to notify us of any additional items you want, before your order has been shipped, you would need to place a separate order for the extra items required on the site.
What do I do if I’ve made a mistake on my order?
If you’ve made a mistake on your order simply give us a ring on 08450 504 509 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can update your order for you.
What do I do if I want to cancel an order?
To cancel an order email us at: email@example.com and we can cancel the order for you. Orders can only be cancelled before items have been posted. If you cancel after items have been sent, then you will need to return the items to us and your money will be refunded (less postage costs) once we have received those items. Please see our returns policy for how to send back items.
Can I collect my order form you in person?
Yes you can. You will still need to place the order online via our shop. Then you’d need to contact us either by phone on 08450 504 509 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time to collect your items. We will then arrange for you to come and collect the items from our warehouse, in Hanwell W7. Please do not just turn up without an appointment as we will need to arrange for a member of staff to be there to meet you.
Do you deliver to outside of the UK
At the moment, sadly we don’t dispatch to outside of the UK.
